Dine Out To Make A Difference!

We're joining our local Title I elementary schools for a Dine Out at Marination Mai Kai. On Tuesday, December 19th, Marination will donate 15% of all food and beverage sales to Concord, Highland Park, Roxhill, Sanislo and West Seattle Elementary. What a delicious way to support our schools!

Celebrate Dia de los Muertos at HPE on November 2nd

We are celebrating Dia de los Muertos at school on Thursday, November 2nd, 5:30-7:30pm. Be on the lookout for the flyer in your student's backpack.

From Jazmin Chavez, our Communities In Schools coordinator: "Join us as we explore the cultural roots of Latin America through ofrendas, traditional music, food, arts & crafts, face painting, and more as we celebrate friends, family and life during our Day of the Dead evening at Highland Park!"

You are encouraged to bring a dish to share and wear cultural attire representing your heritage.

We have a special PTA Meeting coming up!  We'll meet up in The LouAnne Rundall Library at 6pm for refreshments.  From 6:30-7:30pm, hear updates on our school and PTA, meet our amazing librarian Mr. Robert, and pick out some free books along with a book light for your student.  See you there!

Family Movie Night is September 29th

It's Family Movie Night at Highland Park Elementary! The cafeteria will be transformed into a movie theater for The LEGO Batman Movie. Doors open at 6pm, movie starts at 6:30pm. Bring your dollars for the bake sale and popcorn. See you there!

Back to School BBQ on September 5th
